Returns & Exchanges

At Structured & Affordable, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
